Bhadu Cabinets is a family-run custom cabinet maker based in Perth, Western Australia. We design made-to-measure kitchens, wardrobes, bathroom vanities, laundries, home offices, entertainment units, alfresco cabinetry and cabinet facelifts for homes from Joondalup to Mandurah — manufactured to our drawings by trusted Australian workshops, project-managed by us, and installed by our own Perth team. One point of contact from the first free consultation to handover.
We started Bhadu Cabinets because we believe the best cabinetry comes from people who genuinely care about the work — designers and trades who treat your home like their own. Every project we take on is run end-to-end by the same small team, with the same standard: if we wouldn't be happy with it in our own home, it doesn't leave site.
As a smaller family-run business, we take on a deliberately limited number of projects at a time. That gives our clients something you can't always get from a larger outfit: direct access to the people actually making your cabinets, honest advice throughout the build, and the flexibility to design something that truly fits your home.
We're based in Perth and work across the metro area, Rockingham and Mandurah — bringing locally designed, Australian-made cabinetry to homeowners, builders, designers and tradespeople who value quality over shortcuts.
We specify quality hardware, quality boards and quality finishes — and we take the time to install them properly. Cheap substitutions save money on day one and cost you peace of mind for the next ten years. We don't make that trade.
Every quote we issue is fully itemised and fixed. You see what you're paying for — brand, model, finish, quantity — and nothing changes mid-project unless you ask for it. No surprises, no awkward conversations at handover.
Your home isn't just a job site. We protect floors and walls, we clean up at the end of every day, and we communicate clearly if plans need to shift. Our tradespeople are people we'd be comfortable having in our own family homes.
Every Bhadu project follows the same unhurried five-stage process — from first conversation to final walkthrough. We move at the pace your project needs, without cutting corners to save time.
We visit your home, listen to how you actually live, measure the space and understand what you need. No sales pressure — just a conversation about what might work.
We prepare detailed drawings, walk you through material and finish options and refine the design until it's right. You leave the process knowing exactly what you're getting.
A written quote broken down line by line so you can see where every dollar goes. Once approved, the price is locked — no mid-project variations unless you ask for changes.
Your cabinets are manufactured to our detailed shop drawings by an established Australian cabinetry manufacturer we've vetted and worked with. We oversee every specification — board, hardware, finish, tolerance — and inspect every piece before it reaches your home.
Our install team fits everything on-site, finishes every detail, and walks you through the completed space before we leave. After-care and adjustments are included.
Hardware is Blum — hinges, runners and lift-up mechanisms, the industry standard for smooth, reliable everyday operation and soft-close as standard — with Häfele fittings, lighting and internal storage systems. Cabinet bodies are built from high-moisture-resistant board specified for Australian kitchens and bathrooms.
Boards and laminate finishes come from the full Polytec and Laminex ranges — hundreds of colours, woodgrains and stone patterns. Thermolaminated and two-pac painted doors are made by Tesrol, so profiled, shaker and painted fronts arrive with a factory finish and a manufacturer warranty. Benchtops are Caesarstone — their crystalline-silica-free mineral surfaces and porcelain, which replaced engineered stone after the 2024 ban — alongside natural stone and laminate where the project suits them.
Every material we specify has been chosen because we've used it, trust it and stand behind it — not because it's the cheapest option available.
Every cabinet we install is one we'd be comfortable having in our own home. If it isn't right, it doesn't go in. That's the standard Bhadu Cabinets is built on — and the standard we'd want for any homeowner trusting us with their space.
