Is the consultation really free?
Yes — completely free, with no obligation to proceed. We come to your home for around 60–90 minutes, see the space, talk through what you're hoping to achieve, and give you a realistic ballpark budget. If you decide it's not the right fit, that's the end of it.
How quickly will you get back to me?
We respond to every enquiry within one business day. Most enquiries received before midday Monday to Friday hear back the same day.
I'm at the very early "just looking" stage. Should I still get in touch?
Absolutely. Many of our best projects start with a homeowner who's six to twelve months out from doing anything. The earlier we're involved, the more we can help you avoid expensive surprises down the line.
Do you do small projects, or only full kitchens?
We work on projects of all sizes — from a single built-in robe through to whole-home cabinetry. There's no minimum project value to request a consultation.
