Every Bhadu project follows the same unhurried four-stage process. We move at the pace your project needs, without cutting corners to save time. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you reach out to the day we hand over your finished cabinetry.
Everything starts with a conversation in your home. We come to you — at a time that suits — to see the space, meet the people who'll be using it, and understand what you're hoping to achieve.
This isn't a sales pitch. It's a chance for us to listen first: how you cook, how you store things, what frustrates you about your current setup, what you've seen elsewhere that caught your eye. The more honest you are, the better the brief we build together.
A clear picture of what's possible, a budget range you can actually plan around, and — if you're ready to proceed — a commitment from us to prepare a detailed design. No pressure to decide on the day.
Now we translate the conversation into a proper design. Our designer prepares detailed drawings — floor plans, elevations and key 3D views — so you can see exactly what the finished cabinetry will look like before any material is ordered.
We walk you through everything together: the layout, the hardware choices, the door profile, the finish. You'll see the actual colours and timber options with physical samples in your hand, not just pictures on a screen. And we'll refine the drawings based on your feedback until the design genuinely feels right.
Changes on paper cost nothing. Changes mid-build can cost thousands. We don't rush this stage — we'd rather take an extra week getting the design perfect than hand over a kitchen you wish was slightly different.
Once the design is signed off and the quote approved, your project goes into manufacture with our Australian cabinetry partner — a long-established workshop we've built a working relationship with over years of projects. Every cabinet is built to our detailed shop drawings, in the materials and hardware we've specified for your project, with nothing substituted.
What you get from this arrangement is the best of both worlds: the consistency and capability of an established manufacturing operation, paired with the personal accountability of a small Perth design studio. We control the spec, we inspect the work, we coordinate the schedule, and we're the one number you call if anything needs attention.
Every cabinet is inspected against your specification before it goes near your home. If it's not right, it doesn't get installed. It's a simple standard — we'd happily put our own name on every project — and we hold every project to it without exception.
Install day is the one you've been waiting for — and the one we're most careful with. Our own install team delivers the cabinetry to your home and fits everything on-site. We protect floors and walls before we start, we clean up at the end of every day, and we treat your home like it's our own.
Every project finishes with a full walkthrough. We open every drawer, demonstrate every soft-close, point out every piece of hardware, and make sure you know how to look after everything. Any minor adjustments — a hinge tweak, a door alignment — happen then and there.
A completed kitchen, bathroom or wardrobe that works the way we promised — and looks the way you imagined. You enjoy it. We clean up. That's the handshake.
Every project comes with an aftercare guarantee. If something needs adjusting in the first twelve months — a hinge that's loosened, a drawer that's drifted out of alignment, a finish that's developed an unexpected issue — we come back and fix it. No charge, no questions.
A standing offer to drop by and tune up anything that needs attention within the first year. Doors, drawers, soft-close — all adjusted as part of the service.
Blum hardware carries a lifetime mechanical warranty. Laminex, Formica and Polytec finishes carry manufacturer warranties we help you register on handover.
If something goes wrong down the track, call us. We built it, we know where everything is, and we'd rather hear from you than have you frustrated.
Every project is different, but a typical Bhadu kitchen or larger wardrobe project runs roughly like this. Smaller vanities or single-room cabinetry can move faster; large full-home fit-outs take a little longer.
